Cadáveres Exquisitos is a short film of surreal and realist stories unfolding across the city of Barcelona. Moving fluidly between fiction and non-fiction, the film explores the city as both a physical landscape and a space of encounter, memory, and imagination.
Written, shot, and directed by Marcel Lapeyre, the film features Francesca Mazza, Isabel Rico, Gerard Cunillera, Anouck, Angel Bru, Mars Vinolo, and Catalina Cova.
The film premiered at La Celulosa, an independent, non-profit festival created as an open platform for local artists and independent filmmakers. The screening took place at La Cendra, in collaboration with Els joves de Sant Antoni, bringing the project into a space dedicated to fostering emerging voices and independent artistic practices within Barcelona’s cultural scene.
